Understanding the why of what we do in dentistry is so important since teams face patient challenges daily. From cancellations and lack of treatment acceptance to insurance management issues, patients don’t understand the importance of oral health or we don’t understand the “why”. This program will assist team members in understanding the skills and strategies needed to deliver high quality care while creating the patient’s personalized experience that fosters long-term patient satisfaction and treatment.

The program is designed to educate team members however, numerous product categories for patient care, education and engagement will be presented.

“The educational teaching methodology used in this course is live, interactive lecture presented via Zoom webinar with an accompanying PowerPoint presentation. Both the live webinar and the PowerPoint presentation incorporate a variety of audio and visual cues to enhance audience members’ understanding and retention of key concepts. In addition, question and answer periods are provided for at the conclusion of each section of the live webinar.”
